Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use all provided materials.

5. Project Timelines

Alphabet Platform will provide estimated timelines for the completion of web development projects. However, timelines may be adjusted based on project complexity, scope, and client feedback. 12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before completion, they are responsible for paying for all work completed up until that point.
